Totally utterly frustrated
|
I live in AustraliaThis is a copy of my complaint recently lodged with econsumer.gov:
I have won the auction at bidz.com on 9/29/2012. My purchasing order is #1......3.
And then the trouble began.
Firstly, they demanded too much of my personal information to be supplied. I refused and the matter seemed to be settled. Bidz.com have charged my Amex account.
Then they had misled me on my resizing options for my ring. They stated that the resizing was available from size 4 to size 10 for a fee of $25US.
Then I started getting all kinds of e-mails. Some of them would suggest that no resizing could be done at all. The other ones would suggest that the resizing was still available to #8 and demand an additional fee (I paid the resizing fee at the time of purchasing already). Then I would get apologies for the fee demands. And again I would get demands for the fee and questions about resizing.
I am so frustrated now that I am unable to converse with bidz.com anymore. I did ask them to ship the ring "as is" to complete the transaction.
Now I demand my item to be shipped immediately and I demand a compensation for my wasted time and wasted nerves.
