Customer Service

I think bidz.com is more interested in the money than they are in customer service they cannot keep promises they make:
I had ordered a sterling silver earrings and necklace set around April 2012 that was packaged in the same little baggie needless to say they was all tangled up together when I received it however I managed to get the naught out of the chain but the earrings was bent I called customer service a young woman names Cindy, asked me to text her a picture and she would refund the $9.00 which I did I never heard a word back from her the next
1 1/2 weeks every time I called I was given broken promises after broken promises I never could get the same girl back on the phone everyone I talked to said she was either gone for the day, or she was on brake, or she was on another call needless to say they always said she would call me back and no one never called so my very last call was on a Friday evening I asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised they would have to call me back on Monday the man I talked to promised they would call me back Monday evening, come and guess what (non one called) go figure that’s when I decided bidz.com really did need the $9.00 more that I did so about Wednesday the same week the original girl called and said she accidentally erased the text and could I text it to her again and this time she promises to call me back so I text it again guess what happened she has never called me back) go figure. So as far as I am concerned no one can keep their word at bidz.com and I'm right they need the $9.00 more than I do just for the record I told her when she called me I would not be calling anymore and that I was done with this issue and I have not called anymore (I’vie also not ordered anymore from bidz.com nor will I). She advised she was going to make it right so far I failed to see proof of that.
