I didn't have a good experience with this company during or after my move. I was ripped off both by the amount of money I spent and the time it took for my belongings to arrive. It is true that after they have your money, it is nearly impossible to get a response from anyone, via email or telephone. I didn't have the energy to fight my case (as most people don't, since the move itself is exhausting enough). And moving companies, dishonest ones such as Beverly Hills, know this. However, I was able to find at least two brave souls who did fight their case, and won! To maintain the privacy of the plaintiff's I will simply give this information: R&F Rolapp Enterprises Inc. DBA Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage were sued on 5/18/2009 and 4/15/2010; both for Breach of Contract. Obviously I will never use this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
