Do not become a member or cancel you membership now.
Customer service is horrific. The owner is arrogant, rude, and condecending to customers.
Everything was fine until I disputed a late charge; then the owner started calling me a liar. When I asked to delete my account (with my personal information) he refused and called me a "nobody". He seemed proud that his database include some influencial people in Hollywood and later "theatened" me with his connections.
When I told him he was legally obligated to delete my information at my request, he said very rudely that I was "peeing in the wind".
Get out now! He is not to trusted.!
