In early 2010, my family had a need for a local move to a new home. One of the three short listed moving companies that we considered was Best Move. After speaking to several, we chose Best Move based upon their sincerity and timeliness in getting back to us with answers and so forth. An additional consideration was the non-sales approach of the Best Move person we spoke with over the phone. In the end, they seemed trustworthy.
When the move came, we had a Best Move truck and a crew of three. They arrived on time and then after a short surveillance, went to work. Some things about the execution of the move that were noticeable right away were the following:
• Good wrapping technique and materials such as stretch wrap & furniture covers to protect belongings.
• They asked us in advance and then provided plenty of garment boxes.
• They had very cooperative and positive attitudes (especially important when for a long day of moving)
• Team work in their moving efforts (they were amazingly well coordinated among each other)
• Quick pace of work (it was a long day; so their urgency was appreciated).
• The Best Move team performed more like sports team than a moving crew.
The result, we moved with much less pain than otherwise would have been expected for such a large undertaking. We had no damaged goods and are pleased with Best Move.
We would and will utilize their services again and recommend them to others.
