We placed an order on the 7/30/2012 for 500 pcs Polo Tommy Hilfiger for men,
sent payment, now 4 months 5 days after only got 100 pcs wrong models
We have been good clients, sent them payment correctly, after they got the payments they stopped talking to us.
We just want a refund for our payment, even though they sent us 100 pcs wrong models we will keep it and deduct from total amount paid, we just want to end this problem, U$8625.00 (paid) - U$1695.00 (what we received) = U$6930.00 amount to be refunded, we are sending this proposal before we take legal action.
When we started negotiating with Bella Decor, they were very helpful and attentive, we could almost everytime reach them by email or telephone, and also we received many calls from them.
We started talking to Linda Jackson which is also referenced on BBB website.
Before we made any deal, we asked for references and she sent us these references:Global Partner Alliance, Inc.contacts Jakub Ligeza or Anna Woch, Emad Qaddura tel 408 561 0345, Rola Melhelm from UK 442036021434, Ron Williams from BBB tel 562 216 9240 101.
We spoke to some of these people including Ron Williams and they told us good things about Belladecor.
So we decided to make the first order.
Our first order is 500 pcs of genuine Tommy Hilfiger Polo corporate logo for men, after we sent the wire transfer for the full amount of this order, they never contacted us talking about the status of our order, we spent many calls, time and effort trying to talk to them to track where our order is, after about 3 months they claimed they have shipped via Fedex and the shipment was lost, but they werent able to provide us a tracking number for our shippment.After this they told us the shipment was lost and they would refund us, which never happened.
So we started trying to reach them everyday, and now after 4 months we have only received 100 polo shirts for "Women", which has nothing to do with our order in the first place and very low quality.
