With over two years experience with this company, they just absolutely cannot be honest in their advertising. Illegally claiming to be affiliated with the FCC was just the start. Recently they started selling a membrane keypad sticker to repair a defective keypad in a popular cordless phone. They copied other similar keypads after a year of falsely claiming they would break your phone. They registered the name "Pad Mate" and they got a trade mark "Perma-Pad" for the same part. They use deceiving pictures in their advertisements to make it look like the Perma-Pad is a real rubber keypad when really it's just a patch to fix the OEM defective keypad. Claiming their improved keypad is superior to other improved keypads, even claiming to have "the only" improved keypad when really they just have a patch to fix some of the problems with the OEM keypad.
