I should have read the complaints all over the web before signing up with them.
Impossible to get a callback and they either don't answer their extensions or worse yet their voice mail is full.
After 2 months they started holding batches and didn't even have the courtesy to contact us and it was due to a large Internet transaction that we were unaware would cause a problem or "risk". They forced me to refund the sale and it took over 7 days to get the funds tied up in 4 days batches and then it was wired a day later than promised and $150 short.
Now they started holding both companies as they have 'questions' but are never there to contact. I was forced to refund over 50 in-house orders since we had no funds coming in to cover them. It has been four days now and they have not processed the first refund.
If you ever consider using this company I have a bridge to sell you!
