I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB 9 WEEKS IN A ROW ABOUT MY PAY CHECKS BEING PUT ON HOLD AND BANK OF AMERICA HAS NOT CONTACTED ME AT ALL. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS KNOWLEDGE ON OFFERING CUSTOMERS ACCUATE INFORMATION AND IM SICK OF THIS BANK. MY NEXT STEP IS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO MY BANKING. THEY HOLD MY CHECKS LONGER THEN THEY ADVERTISE AND CANT EVEN OFFER ME A REASON AS TO WHY.THEN IM TOLD THAT IF A RECURRING PAYMENT COMES IN DURING THIS TIME THEY WILL NOT REMBURSE ME THE OVERDRAFT FEES EVEN THOUGH THEIR HOLDING MORE THEN HALF OF MY CHECK FOR 2 DAYS. I HATE THIS BANK!!! THEY DO THESE THINGS ON PURPOSE TO HAVE A REASON TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS...I FEEL LIKE MY ACCOUNT IS TARGETED....
