Lately, the BOA employees have shown a great disdain for detail in their services. I have had many problems with the bank as far as reliable service. I have had to call many times to try to resolve such issues as the Bill Pay; issuance of the correct ATM cards and presently with a false promise as to what interest rate I would be charged on a card I did not even ask them for but that I was talked into accepting.
