I think the body shaper is a rip off. It does not do what it claims it does. It does not smooth your bulges nor does it make you look 2 or 3 dress sizes smaller. It is suppose to make you look like you lost 20 lbs instantly, fat lie. I could not tell any difference. I sent it back and I have been trying to get in touch with someone about my refund. I sent several emails that went unanswered. I've called and you are on hold so long that you get frustrated and hang up. They do not make it easy for you to contact them. It's like they don't want you to contact them. All I want is my refund for the returned merchandise. I just received the product this month.
