As it stands right now I will say, "Do Not Do Business With This Company". My order was placed almost a month ago and I still have not received it. They told me it shipped 3 days after placing the order but the post office says it never shipped.
I have several tickets in with the company. They have responded that it shipped. I sent them 2 other email letting them know it did not. One they said it did ship. The second they told me they will check on the order.
I will be editing this feedback after my issue is resolved or not resolved.
I do not hold a grudge. If someone corrects a problem I have, I actually give them a higher rating because to me it shows they care.
