3 years after moving to FL and letting my AAA of Southern California Premier Membership Expire I checked my credit report and saw a past due balance from AWA. AWA collections stated I owed $118.00 for a tow. When I inquired about the charge with AAA they said that once it went to a collection agency they know longer keep records. AAA stated that I had 4 tows in a year. AWA stated they were charging me for the 3rd tow of the year. No one is helpful placed the charge in dispute with Experian will have to wait and see what will happen.
