Was an Auto Insurance customer for 17yrs, Canceled Policy for a lower price, (had no claims). They have kept billing me. Have gone around and around with collection people. Sent in proof of coverage, they lost it 3 times. Then told I had no balance. Asked for statement they said it was not their Dept. Went away for 1 year but their back again. Two Statements one saying I owed them $500+ dollars, then 5 days later another which said I owed them $63.00.
I've had it with these people. Anyone who uses them for anything is crazy. Looking to get rid of my Roadside Service as well.
