I had aaa auto insurance for about 2 years and I had noting but problems with them. They never call you to let you know how the claim is going, they will try to do any thing to aviod paying out claims.I do realize that all insurance companies are here to make money but aaa is by far the worst when it comes to customer service and paying out claims. I would recommended to anyone out there to stay away from aaa for auto insurance, one can get cheaper and better coverage any where else.
