Choose a different provider. If there's an issue a mgr will tell you were not an insurance company were a club so we don't provide the coverage we just write it. Also they offer roadside as an option but then tell you its a requirement after the fact and it cannot be cancelled. There terms are one year and if you cancel they charge 30 percent so you're just stuck with them. No ownership anywhere in that company. Good luck calling on weekends they outsource so expect to wait 45-60 minutes only to be told call back to speak with a customer service rep or the branch on a weekday as they are a call center and not actually employees of AAA and can only provide limited details on your account. Yet they are given all of our personal info like ssn and d.o.b.
