I really wish I had found this before I called them last week. We went ahead and set up future payments for July 2nd and 16th. They haven't gotten any money but they told us they work with CitiFinancial Auto every day and that we were prequalified and we should be getting the paper work any day and all we had to do was sign it and send a copy of my driver's license and insurance card and it would be done. They told me they couldn't tell me how much it would be reduced because Citi decides that. We haven't seen anything. I had the guy's name and direct number and extension written down and I had it yesterday and now I can't find it and just keep getting voicemail when I call their main number today. What should I do to stop it now? I think I'll call the bank.
