Do NOT do business with this company. It is a wonder they have not been shut down due to fraud. They lied to me on the phone about what the policy covered. They insisted it even included coverage for wear and tear on tires! The agent told me if I received the policy in the mail and did not like it, they would do a "24 hour" refund. Ha! I received the policy information, and realized immediately I had been duped. I wanted my "24 hour" refund. I called. The first thing the rather rude Courtney told me is that there is no "24 hour" refund, and that I would have to write to them to make a request, and that even then, she could not guarantee a refund. I have called them numerous times beginning on November 23rd. Every time I have been given the run-around with conflicting answers. I have been spoken to rudely. I have written to them. I am now reporting them to consumer protection agencies. It is now February 9th and still no refund. WHY is California allowing this company to do business? Shut it down, and put the fraud-artist owner in prison!
