I dealt with this company a week ago. They called to sell the extended warranty. I asked that, since there is a lot of scamming going on in this industry, how do I know they are legit? While on the phone they talked me through "their" web site, claiming they were American Guardian; the web site linked to BBB with a rating of A+. I was convinced they were reputable. A week later I received the info packet with the logo and address of Auto One! I checked them on BBB and was shocked to see a rating of F. I finally got through to them and they claim American Guardian handles the claims. I called American Guardian and they confirmed this. But if this is true why are there complaints of the warranty coverage and claims but American Guardian still has an A+ rating? I requested a refund. From what I am reading, I won't hold my breath. This is nothing short of blatant fraud.
