I had the same problem as all of these reviewers and had basically given up on my cancellation refund. But my 7 year old son wanted to try one more time using www.warrantyrefund.com.
I have to say, they really surprised me, somehow these guys got me a refund. If you are still having problems with this company and your warranty is in effect, it can't hurt to work with them.
