I have been w/ this company for three months, and haven't heard anything about my car payment.When I called to speak w/ a rep he told me that my file was being nego. w/ my current financial dealer. The rep. said in about 3 weeks we will know something. It has now turned into three months and when I call its the same thing. I finally called the business that has the title to my vehicle; and was I suprised by what that rep. told me. She stated that they do not work with this agency and that the only way my car payment would be reduced is if they brought my loan amount. She also said that the last time they spoke to anyone was when my power of attonery was sent to them which was back in March. I am really concern about this because I signed my wife up for the same program.
