This company is a scam, the get you to pay money, gather all of your personal information, refuse to communicate effectively with you (Don)and then when you are about to lose your vehicle because they have told you that you have to be at least 30 days behind tell you that they can't help you and that your money will not be refunded. I would never recommend this company to anyone and the finance company is offering the same permanent reduction in payment to me without charging a dime. I learned a very expensive lesson though!
