These guys do business very strangely. Eric will never return your phone call. He has hurt a few friends of mine, and is wonderful when you are interested in a car. If you have a complaint, you can never contact him. He has an employee, who runs interference for him. This employee, who will not give his name, just tells you he can't return your call. He always says that Eric is not there. I have a friend in Burbank who was treated rudely by Eric, and now he hurt a friend of mine who was looking for a BMW. These people will rip you off, if they can. I just want to know if it is a real business, because they set their telephone to VOICE MAIL, but never answer it. It is only voice mail. I never heard of a car dealer who leaves voice mail all day. I want to know if they screen calls to avoid confrontation.
