I have to absolutely agree, word for word, with another commenter.
"...The helpdesk representative(Darryl) kept telling me it will be delivered by the end of day every time I talked to him and nothing happened
"...Darryl, the help desk guy is really nice but can't really give us any updated information."
I would not do business with them again and will never recommend them. My order was canceled several days after their stated shipping date when Darryl could not provide ANY information about the order while claiming that the jewelers and shipping department were in the same building. My question is, how can a company have such miserable internal communication? Unfortunately, the seemingly scripted answers from Darryl have not cause a refund and won't make up for the additional money or time I've had to spend.
If anything goes wrong or you cancel, beware that you may be dealing with this problem for months between your credit card company and the BBB.
