We would like to extend our personal thanks for a job well done in the repair of our roof by your employee David B.
Despite the inclement weather, David, at some personal risk, replaced a vent cap that evidently was previously blown off of our tall, tiled roof. We therefore, were saved from the possibility of incurring a considerable amount of consequential water damage to the inside of our hose below the vent cap.
Our experience in dealing with your company from the time that you made major roof repairs after the earthquake to the present time has been exemplary. We would like to extend our thanks to a number of your other employees with whom we have interfaced for their courtesy, promptness and expertise.
