I would not purchase anything from this organization. I bought a Velodyne DD15 digital subwoofer from them that was defective on arrival. I phoned their customer service who told me some things to check. To no avail. The problem was in the digital electronics and not with anything I had connected. I have been in the electronics and sound equipment filed as a technician from almost 40 years. They said I connected it incorrectly and they would not provide any warranty because it was my fault. They had no way of knowing this. I called them back and they would not answer. I called from a different phone and they answered and said they could not help me. I persisted and they got rude with me and hung up. I did some checking, and they use different addresses, none of which are for their business. There have been many complaints of a similar nature from other clients. I ended up going directly to the manufacturer, but because I bought the equipment from a non-authorized retailer, I got no warranty. I spent more money repairing the subwoofer than I would have spent if I had bought it from an authorized retailer at the usual price. the manufacturer was willing to send me the required electronics without me having to return the entire unit. The technician I talked with at Velodyne was a pleasure to deal with. DON'T BUY FROM AUDIOPHILE LIQUIDATORS.THEY WILL LIQUIDATE YOUR MONEY.
