I had a very lovely woman come to my place from Arjays (Evelyne) who measured for composite shutters, gave me an estimate that was very competitive, and said she'd be glad to work with me. I told her I had received other bids and she said that was a good idea. She did not try and "sell" me. She just said she'd like to have my business and please give her a call if I had any questions. It's unfortunate others had a less pleasant experience with them. I had also stopped by their showroom, which apparently, is not normal, but they had one of their people come out and give me information on the shutters and said the salesperson could answer any other questions. I was quite satisfied with all of their people and am considering their offer. Rosemary
