They are scammers! Do not ever do business with them. Home owners are safe because they are out of business now. Their real estate license was pulled in January 2010. They robbed us of 4,500.00 and of course their lines were disconnected. I found their sales manager Keith Blackston on linkedin. I sent him an email today to see how we can get our money back. IF anyone hears anything about filing a lawsuit or finding a way to get the owners in jail please let me know.
***We filed a complaint with the BBB, the attorney general of California and the California Real Estate Board. I encourage everyone to do the same!
