I was desperately seeking help with my mortgage when I saw a to advertisement for this company Aria and associates I called and they took my application over the phone returned a call two days later promising me a loan modification I was skeptical and they assured me they were legit I paid them 1000 dollars with a promise to pay them 1500 total after the first payment of 1000 I got curious after not hearing anything from them I contacted my mortgage company they said they got my application from aria but it was denied I was promised a full refund if denied so I called them only to find disconnected numbers I've tried e-milling them as well as I thought there was no response I then closed out my bank account so they couldn't take anymore of my money this company is a fraud if you are struggling with you house payments your bank can do all the same things that one of these modification companies offer you they even told me to pay them instead of my mortgage that all past due debt would be forgiven once my modification was settled what a scam I'm still currently trying to keep from foreclosure action on my home
