Review 4/26/2010
|
I started dealing with Aria & Assoc in Feb 2010, There was almost constant communication back & forth until they had all of my info. I did a follow up call to them after receiving a denial letter from my mortgage co. They setup a conference call on 4/5/2010 which again resulted in the bank denying me. After the bank dropped off of the conference call, Phu (my Aria rep)tried to get me to start a forensic audit on my closing for $2500.00. I told him that there was no way I could ever afford that. He then said that he would get back to me in 2 weeks (4/19/2010). After waiting an extra week, I tried calling Aria & Assoc. Monday 4/26/2010 only to find that all of there phone numbers had been disconnected. I then called my checking account bank to stop any future ACH debits from my account. I had to freeze my account & I have to open another account. Fortunately because I don't have a major credit card (got rid of every one I had)they had to take payments (3 @ $665.00), only 1 payment had been made so far. I'm just glad that I found out before they got any more money.
