I have been working with Aria since Jan 09. I am still waiting for resolution. They call every few weeks. Now I think they are out of business because their 800 # and their 949-732-7600 numbers are not working. I tried to call numerous times today. Guess I am out $2200. Unfortunately for me, there were only a few reviews when I checked them out on bbb website. All that say they got resolutions are full of it. My neighbor had the same problem trying to get her refund. Nice to screw people who need help due to a hardship. Luckly for me, I have been following up with my lender as well and I am still in my house after not paying my mortgage since Dec 2008. I did have to file bankruptcy..oh well. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO ARIA AND ASSOCIATES (if they are even still in business). STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Do not believe anyone who says they got help from Aria. Like most people, I to have had many different people handling my case. I guess filing a lawsuit won't help if they are no longer in business.
