This particular order was billing to a different country than it was shipping to. We do use a third party verification system to verify any International orders. Our verification system would not let us process the order on the basis that it had a large chance of being a fraudulent order.
We did try to contact the customer but the phone number that was provided but were unable to contact the customer.
We did cancel the order since we were unable to make contact with the customer and we had reason to believe that this was a fraudulent order made with a stolen credit card.
We go to great lengths to protect ourselves and our potential customers against identity theft.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
