This business never delivered my item, but they promptly charged my credit card. I ordered a white gold bracelet for my wife for her b-day, 2 weeks in advance, and after a week passed by with no shipment in sight I called them. They gave me all kinds of excuses, like "the manufacturer gave us a tracking number, but when I enter it, it gives us an error message." The shipment is FedEx and requires a signature, but they can't figure out where the shipment is? After spending 2 days on the phone with them, desperate to get the bracelet for my wife's b-day, they told me another lie: "the manufacturer will ship it overnight, you will get it tomorrow." Never received it. After that I had enough and asked for a refund. They gave me more excuses: "We will give you a refund, but once we confirm that the item was never shipped or returned?" They can't even figure out whether they shipped something or not?
Finally I told my wife about the whole experience and that I will not have a gift for her on her b-day, she calls them and they repeat the whole nonsense about shipping to her again. Somehow she was able to convince them to issue us a refund right away, otherwise we will contact BBB. They finally agreed and claim that I should see the refund on my CC in few days.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.
