APPLE TERMITE IN PICO RIVERSA CA....THE WORST COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE APPLE TERMITE PICO RIVERA!!! This company is one of the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I have a confirmed termite work to be performed scheduled for October 15, 2012 at 9:00am. Despite a confirmed schedule appointment, no technician ever showed up at the job site. I called the Apple Termite to find out if any technician will show up and I was told that someone would arrive after 15-20 minutes. I called once again around 12:30 only to discover that no one showed up and the company did not even offer to re-schedule. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT UNTRUSTWORTHY… HOW CAN THIS COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS WHEN THEY CAN’T EVEN RENDER SERVICE?

Do not bother asking Liz Lopez she can't offer any response to you no matter how urgent it is.
