Run don't walk from Apple Termite

Parents bought house and sellers agent selected Apple Termite. Had second inspection after repair done and discovered Apple was about $7,000 off in their estimate. Apple made some additional repairs with indoor wood & wrong wood (repairs were to exterior balcony). Work was never completed so had to hire and sue. Be careful, they change locations and license numbers periodically to avoid the collection of bad reviews.
