I purchased a 46" APEX flat screen on Black Friday. The picture went out on 1/8/11. I called that day and was told I would be called by a technician within a week to schedule a repair. After two weeks of not hearing anything I called back and was told I would be contacted within a week. After a week and no phone call I called them back and was told that they were waiting on parts to come in before a technician would call me. After three weeks I called back and was told that the parts were in and I should expect a call from the technician within a few days. After a week of not hearing anything I called back. This time I was told that they could not repair my TV and they were going to replace it but had to wait on some more 46" TVs to be built since those were just a special for Black Friday. Now I call them daily and they don't bother giving any excuses. Regardless of what time I call them I am told my claim has been escalated and to call back tomorrow to speak with the person handling my claim. Here I am 2 1/2 months later still with a broken TV.
