Since having to buy a digital converter, I've purchased three due to faulty merchandise. The last one I purchase in Nov. 2009. They just stop responding. I called Apex and was told there was a faulty part and I could send back the one less than a year old and they would fix it or replace it for $10 plus shipping. DT502 and DT250 have failed me. Anyone who has a complaint and can show proof of purchase should receive a full refund. That would be great customer service.
