Apex died in three weeks and this saved my wallet
|
I bought a 46 inch Apex TV that was on sale at Target. I bought this product without researching before hand. My TV broke in three weeks time something to do with dead pixels. I was playing a video game and all of a sudden there was a blue line down the screen. I should have known that you get what you pay for. I was lured into the thought that a TV that size at a cheap price would be a great buy. I was dead wrong in my thought process. The only thing that saved me was the fact that the TV broke in three weeks time. Fortunate for me Target has a thirty day guarantee on all their products. If this TV had broke after the thirty days I would have been dealing with all the problems that other Apex customers have had with the service team at this company. Based on other reviews it would have been a hassle to get a hold of Apex. As for fixing my TV well that would have taken months. I might have had to pay extra money to ship my TV Apex so that they could correct the problem. Then when my TV got fixed it probably would break again and of course the warranty would then be expired. I took my TV back to Target and spent some extra money and bought a 50 inch Vizio. My new TV its a great product for a good price. Stick with the mighty three Vizio, Sony, or Samsung and I guess LG isn't a bad buy as well. You get what you pay for people.
