I worked with Anthony to refinance two homes, my primary residence and a second rental property. He promised the lowest rate at absolutely no cost and he delivered exactly what was promised. Both homes had existing mortgages around 4% and now both are at 3.00 percent, saving me about 200 dollars a month on each property. As I am retired and have only retirement income this was not the simplest loan for underwriting but Anthony got the job done as promised. I recommend him highly.
