Abysmal customer service. I need a statement that shows premiums paid in order to get reimbursed from my Medical Reimbursement Account. Anthem REFUSES to provide this basic information. My MRA can’t accept bank or credit card statements; they accept insurance statements only. Apparently this isn’t a problem with other insurance companies, but Anthem couldn’t care less. Also, good luck getting in touch with anyone over the phone. They don’t answer the phone; they just don’t care.
