Review 7/10/2010
|
The one review was exactly right. My parents are on it and my dad has been trying to dis-enroll from it because he has medicaid now. First, they took my mom off, instead of him, per a phone conversation, which they are not authorized to do. he sent authorization forms 4 times and still they can't seem to get their act together. Anthem is one of the worst companies for human interaction and should NOT have the high rating it has. My mother wrote a letter to them last week, again, telling them to get their act together. Will they listen this time? I'm sure they won't. The operators are too dense and barely speak English, which means they probably can't read it either. If there were negative stars to rate this company, I would have.
