Have I been scammed, too?

In April 2012, I placed an order for three K-On! related items. Two live concert DVDs and the second season Episodes 1-24 + OVAs DVDs. About a month later, I received one (1) DVD for the older of the two concerts, with a notice that the other items were backordered. Contrary to their website's "promise", they billed me for the whole amount $62+, NOT the ~$10 that they actually shipped.
I do not recommend doing business with this company.
