Two orders placed on 4/3/12 and 4/23/12 - Order status as of 7/12/12 = Order processing. The site states that you will not be billed until the order ships. Multiple contacts via email without response. Google animeharu reviews and it's full of negative response and warnings! Would recommend not doing business with company that fails on multiple levels to deliver products and customer service. Site is non-responsive to phone calls, have to leave voice mail.
