first time ordering jewelry online

This is my first time purchasing jewelry with out a thorough inspection in person. I ordered an heirloom opal necklace for my wife's bday and here is to hoping that upon opening the box prior to gifting that I am impressed with the quality of the stone and construction. I hope I made the correct decision and I will update upon receipt.
