Terrible company, terrible customer support, and useless return policy. They ignored my email and RMA requests for the first 30 days, and then said that they could no longer process a return. Stay away!

I have reviewed the entire history of your order. I do feel badly that this has been so upsetting for you. I see that four of our representatives have spoken with you. I read your request for service on January 11th. Of course you could have sent the ring back for re-sizing or any alterations at any time you wanted. You can still do that. Christmas orders had to be returned by January the 15th if they were for refunds. However, you can send the ring back now and we are glad to re-size the ring and adjust the prongs. No problem. As stated on our website, international customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Please read the link . We want our customers to read our website to know the process and our policies. https://www.angara.com/return-policies. If you mail the ring back to us now to resize and adjust, I will provide as a courtesy-- free international return shipping. I am glad to do that for you.
If you want to exchange the ring for a different item, the ring will need to be examined by our master jeweler to see if it still in the new condition in which it shipped.
I am very detail oriented and glad to supervise the work on your ring. Let me know which of these options appeals to you . Please be very specific about ring finger size. We will even make quarter sizes. You ordered a size 7. We can resize it to whatever will be most comfortable for your wife and we will re-engrave it free of charge. I hope to hear from you soon so that we can bring some sunshine to a situation that has obviously been frustrating. We want you to be happy with the gift you purchased.
