Once the contract was signed, everything about this company was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! The pick-up required and extra truck and additional week delay. The delivery was 17 days late. The crew was inexperienced and equipment insufficient. The final bill was more than 300% of the original estimate and my furniture was held hostage until I paid it with cash or Money Order. Missing and damaged items totaled more than $3000. The staff was consistently rude and unresponsive except to demand payment. My specific experience matches many of the details expressed by others. It is clear that this is a total SCAM!
