I have dealt with many different types of companies during my life and I can honestly say this is without a doubt the most unprofessional and least trustworthy business I have ever dealt with. One, they drastically underestimated the weight the move of my fiancee's house. They showed up a day late knowing she would be flying out later on the originally scheduled day and would not be there the next day when they arrived and only her elderly father would be. They then stated because the weight they had estimated was too low, their new weight would have to be charged at 89 cents a lb, not the original 50 cents. Her elderly father was told that he had to sign the papers now or the household would never be delivered. He was not in any way on the contract, and the alternate person on the contract who would have never agreed to this new deal, they never tried to call her. They completely took advantage of an elderly man who was only there to make sure the household was loaded.
Once this happened and was found out later by my girlfriend who was on the plane, she tried to cancel it and was told it was too late, and the only choice she had was for them to deliver it at the new price (200% higher than original), or pay storage fees or loose her lifetime worth of items.
Customer service (Kevin) was extremely rude and insulting, stating "too bad" "her father shouldn't have signed the paperwork", to mention a few. We were told several times when the delivery would arrive, it ended up being a week late.
Upon arrival, many items were destroyed, boxes soaked with water and items ruined, many items damaged, some stuff just didn't show up at all. Deal with this company at your own risk, in my opinion they are extremely unprofessional and you are risking any property you have if you choose to use them to move. In short, it was a terrible experience, so much stuff has been damaged my soon to be wife's children have actually come to tears over lost items.
