Finally a company that knows what they are doing

My husband Bill and I have been struggling with Chase for over a year trying to resolve our mortgage issue. We are the type of people that have never missed or even been late on any payments until Bill hurt his back which took him out of work for almost
6 months, we contacted our mortgage company letting them know what happened and that we needed help before we started missing payments, long story short they would not help us because we were not past due yet so once we were behind they sent us out a packet
asking for financial information, 3 months past still herd nothing they wouldn't even return our phone calls. All of a sudden we started to receive foreclosure threats in the mail and scared me into almost filing bankruptcy until I got a call from John at
American Mitigation Alliance and explained what was going on and that I should wait. After they reviewed my file I got a call back a few days later and John was very knowledgeable about what was going on and the process so he explained what we needed to do
next so having no other choice I trusted them. Still getting letters from the bank made me a little uneasy but within 4 months I received a letter from Chase saying that our modification had been approved and that we were gonna start making trial payments.
Sure enough after making 3 trial payments our mortgage was reduced by over $400 dollars which made us so happy. I cannot thank them enough. -Lisa R
