This company is terrible!!!! My December 2009 payment was debited to the wrong bank account. I submitted a payment online and specified the bank account that I wanted them to debit. Instead they debited the other bank account on file and caused my payment to be returned. Now my payment shows it's 30 day past due which is affecting my credit report. I called customer service and faxed them all the documents including the online payment confirmation with the correct bank account information that I entered to prove to them that it was their mistake not mine, I also sent them the returned check letter from the incorrect bank account and the bank statement showing that the funds were available in the bank account I selected. When I spoke to customer service they all treated me like I was the wrong one and talked to me like I was crazy. I know exactly what I did and what I entered online and I have all the proof. This is only one of numerous mistakes they have made. I want to get out of my agreement and move to a different mortgage company who can handle my mortgage better. A class action law suit would be really good.
