I just had to fire this company. I originally picked this company because they had a AA rating. I wanted them to set rat traps for us and check them. They had a deal where they would come out and set the traps, then return up to four times to check them. When the person came out to set the traps, he said they spray for bugs as a part of the deal, so I said fine. He said he would be back a month later to check the traps. What I found out was that I was signed up for a monthly spray program, when I never wanted the spray in the first place. Then they said at first it would cost me an extra $50 to get them to come back and check my traps. They finally agreed not to charge me the extra $50 to check the traps, but I really felt taken. They kept referring to the contract they had me sign, which mentions the rat-traps, but didn't mention the return visits to check them. I should have read the fine print more closely about the return visits, but it was a bad experience except for the guy who came out to do the work who was pleasant enough. I am now looking for another company to come check our traps.
